OUTDOOR ICE RINK RULES

• Hours of Operation Monday to Sunday | 8am to 9pm

• Since rinks are cared for by volunteers, please bring a shovel and help keep areas free of snow.

• Skaters and hockey players must be considerate of each other and divide up the ice for mutual enjoyment.

• All children 10 years old and younger must be in the care of a person 16 years old or older.

• No one is permitted on ice without skates.

• Heartland Community Association takes no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of any personal items. Any items owned by HCA or Apex must not be removed from the premise.

• Helmets are required while on the ice.

• Skating in a manner that endangers or interferes with another skater' safety is strictly prohibitive.

• Abusive behavior and language will not be tolerated.

• The use of tobacco, alcohol or cannabis is not permitted.

• No food or drinks allowed on the ice.

• No pets allowed on the ice.

• Rink is closed when posted due to weather, ice conditions or maintenance.

The use of this ice rink and all of its facilities have an inherent risk and any participation is at the user's own risk. No responsibilities by HCA or Rohit is accepted or undertaken for the well being of the user or their property.

Any adult that is present at the rink reserves the right at their sole discretion to refuse admission or remove anyone from the rink that is not abiding by the rink rules as outlined above.
